I eat on protocol every day. I weigh about the same every day. It is very boring. I don't use food to entertain myself. I don't use it for my pleasure. I'm a size six now. Everything predictably fits. Like I said, it's very boring. I wear a bikini at the pool. Yawn. I don't think about weight loss and I don't think about missing out on candy. I don't care about food that has sugar and flour. I care about much more important things. I use my brain to make a contribution to my clients, not my thighs. I invite you to come to the place where overeating isn't normal. I think it is crazy that we have to explain why we aren't eating cake.
