• 21 • Overhunger Before we dive into overhunger, we have to get a good definition of what hunger is. It seems obvious, but it isn't. I will simplify it by explaining that we have the sensation of hunger and the thought of hunger. These are two very different things we have been clumping together as a reason to eat.
