Our action of overeating is driven by our brain, as all actions are. Our brain literally tells us what to do and how to do it all day long. It's affected by the thoughts you think both consciously and unconsciously, your neurotransmitters, and your hormones. That is where we must start. We can't solve the weight problem long-term if we don't find out what is truly causing it. If you’re anything like me, you’re skeptical. You feel like you have followed all the advice out there and nothing has worked. Well, there's a reason for that. You haven't addressed the cause of why you can't rely on your body's wisdom. And once you do, you will be able to control your weight down to the pound. We can't solve the weight problem long-term if we don't find out what is truly causing it.
