It's not moderation. It's not just trying to eat less fat. It's not exercising more. It's not taking supplements. It's most certainly not eating small amounts eight times a day. We solve it by treating the cause. I have established a process for losing weight very quickly. And contrary to popular belief, it is not unhealthy to lose weight quickly. What is unhealthy is being obese. Losing weight quickly simply means you are getting very efficient at processing body fat for fuel. You are depleting the food on your body. You are using up all the food you have on board by being fat adapted. The first thing you need to do is to establish a protocol and then stick to it no matter what.
