I can hear you, “But, you don’t know my schedule. I have four kids; I can’t possibly find time to workout.” Or, “I work full time as a therapist and I see ten clients a day. There is no way I can find the time to plan healthy fuel meals and eat when I am hungry.” Then quit. Then take the kids outside and have them watch you run or walk or ride your bike. I understand your schedule, and I understand that your business and your family are important. I understand that life is busy and everyone needs you. But, you need you. By putting yourself last, you are ignoring your true work on this planet. You are not going in and getting to know yourself and becoming who you are meant to be in every role in your life.
