Here is an example of one of my outcomes with more specific goals: Outcome: To be at my natural weight, free from a struggle with food and to be energetic, active, and strong. 25-Year Goal: To hike a mountain with my son and keep up with him even though he will be a young athlete and I will be an “older” lady. 10-Year Goal: To be an expert skier, an advanced water- skier, and to have hiked the Grand Canyon. 5-Year Goal: To be able to keep up with my young sons in any sport they play. To always be in the game and not just on the sidelines. 1-Year Goal: To continue weightlifting regularly and walking at least four days a week. To be taking a yoga class regularly with a teacher who inspires me. 90-Day Goal: Research yoga teachers and take at least one class per week until I find a class I love.
