thought it meant if my client saw me as unprofession- al. What I found was a belief system that told me that I was not capable. I knew that this was completely illogical and I was able to turn it around immediately. The best part about it is that I was able to talk to my assistant free from emotions caused by illogical belief systems. I was able to communicate to her that the work was unacceptable without reacting and shaming her with my own frustration. In essence, I was able to maintain my professionalism and see that I was capa- ble of handling the situation well. It was the exact opposite of what my illogical belief system would have had me do. By changing my belief, I was able to change my feel- ings immediately. I didn’t deny that I was feeling frustrated but used it as a tool. In the old days, I might have yelled at Angela, then gone to the kitchen and What MoD Telieve Is Who MoD A1e ! A27 Telie+s caDse +eelings3 which caDse actions3 which caDse 1esDlts.
